What is UANDU apple cider vinegar?

Drinking apple cider vinegar is perhaps one of the greatest favors you can do yourself. Every morning when you start your day with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar solution you will see how your overall metabolism will work extraordinarily well. T he solution is obtained by mixing a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of honey and adding warm water.
As a family, we are one of the strictest practitioners of this morning ritual. We could not offer you apple cider vinegar because the vinegar we produced was sufficient for domestic use. Whilst we made it for ourselves this year we have of course thought of you too and are delighted to be able to offer you a limited number of apple cider vinegar.

How we did it;

One of the prime Gala apples in Korkuteli Elmalı region; first, an alcohol fermentation was carried out; then it was subjected to vinegar fermentation. It rested for 8 months, preserved in mother vinegar, unpasteurized and unfiltered.
For these reasons, it is a vivid product, and the product is desired to have a blurred color.
